As of Thursday, the Brit band is being sued for copyright infringement by Satriani for their song Viva La Vida too closely resembling his 2004 instrumental If I Could Fly.
I always thought Coldplay would have been a responsible band and at least paid royalties or something so they could release the song. At the end of the clip I hve the ywo qojgs aree playing nj perfect harmony with eacm other.
52-year-old guitar hero is going for a jury trial, damages and any and all profits connected with the copyright infringement.
