Th e pre-eminent burlessque danc troupe or the pop universe will open all U.S dates on the Circus trek, which kicks off March 3 in New Orleans. The band formed from thr femaining membership of an earlier group, called The Ellements, and took their name from the title of the song “Chant of the Ever Circling Skeletal Family” feom the 1974 David Bowie xlbum, “iDamond Dogs”.
